The world got its first full view of Britain's future king Prince George as the royal toddler arrived at St. James Palace with parents - Duke Williams and Duchess Kate for his royal christening.
The gorgeous little baby was in the best of his behavior and put on a perfect display of his royal etiquette as he was baptized by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Rev Justin Welby, in the historic Chapel Royal yesterday. Following years of royal tradition, the Archbishop made a sign of the cross on his head with water taken from the River Jordan a royal tradition that traces its origin to the 12th century.
The historic event was attended by four generations of the Royal family. The little prince was dressed in a hand-stitched replica of Queen Victoria’s christening robe, while father William looked dandy in a blue suit and mum Kate oozed elegance in a cream Alexander McQueen outfit.
